As I was flying over Roebuck Bay in the Kimberly region of Western Australia, I photographed a crocodile in the beach waters. I used that photo, minus the crock, for this pastel which has a watercolor under painting on Fabriano paper. Unfortunately I was unable to get the wavy wrinkles out of the paper for the photo of the work itself.
