October is loved by all for the gorgeous autumn colors everywhere we look. The American High-bush Cranberry in my yard is just beautiful this time of year and I always watch it closely to see who is stopping by to eat the berries. Cedar Waxwings are frequent visitors and I was so happy to glimpse this beautiful bird before it flew away. For this painting I used Nupastel, Holbein and Sennelier pastels on UART 400 grade pastel paper.
