A favorite anime/manga character I've drawn in the past, but this is one of my best I've done. The Chinese-style dress is one I like to use with a number of similar such drawings I have done. Along with pastels, I used Faber Castell pencils for the fine detail areas. Outlining done with Tombow pens.
