In the heat of the day The Wild Mustangs of the Pryor Mountains (WY & MT) seek relief deep in the Lodge Pole Pines. This young mare has been a favorite subject of mine. I could not resist the filtered dappled sun and the fact that even though I kept my distance she was well aware of my every move.
