Nature is my muse and I have hiked many trails and forests. Robert Frost’s poem, “The Road Not Taken” inspired me to create the road I do take——seeking beauty and calm. Soft Pastels over a canvas underpainted with a Quinacridone Magenta, then covered with clear gesso to hold the pastels.
