Metolius River

The Metoius River is a subterranean river that erupts into daylight on the western base of Black Butte .It is initially shallow as it flows thru beautiful ponderosa pine forests. But here it takes a sharp turn, becomes very narrow and deep as it flow thru a large meadow.
