No Social Distancing Necessary

No Social Distancing Necessary, Established Pastel Artist
No Social Distancing Necessary
I took a drive while "isolating myself" during the early summer days of 2020. Social distancing was a new term I had to adapt to in order to do my part in slowing the spread of COVID19. It has been a difficult year indeed. As I drove by an abandoned lot just after a soft rain had fallen I spotted the most glorious site, a dense tuft of blooming purple irises. It was a reminder to me that good days will someday return when we can all gather again, socialize, hug one another and bloom where we are planted. This simple tuft of irises have given me hope for the future when social distancing will no longer be necessary.
